For educators, the application provides a convenient alternative to the standard Edsby app for capturing evidence of student learning. It enables efficient bulk uploading of visual content from active classrooms, thereby saving time during busy instructional periods. Teachers retain control over student access, including allowing students to use Capture independently, even on shared devices.

Students and parents should download the app only upon explicit request from their teacher. Access requires a unique QR code provided by the educator, which must be scanned before the app functions.
